### Priority Support
We prioritize support for paid customers. While we strive to help all users, there may be delays in responses for free users during busy periods.

### Scope of Support
We provide support specifically for:
- Fluent app functionality and features
- Fluent installation and setup assistance
- License and purchase-related questions
- Bug reports and technical issues

### What We Don't Support
We do not provide support for:
- Configuring external AI providers or services
- Third-party integrations beyond our documented features
- General AI service troubleshooting
- Issues with AI provider accounts or API keys

While we can offer general advice about AI providers, configuration and setup of external services is the user's responsibility.
